What printing services do you offer?

At The Elegant Print, we specialize in a wide range of printing solutions including business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, custom stationery, invitations, and more. Whether you need digital, offset, or large-format printing, we’ve got you covered.

Do you accept custom design files?

Yes, we accept custom design files. You can upload your own print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG/PNG file through our order portal. If you don’t have a design, our in-house design team can help you create one for a small fee.

Can I get a proof before my order is printed?

Absolutely. We send you a digital proof (PDF/JPG) for your approval before we proceed to printing. This ensures your design, colors, and layout look exactly how you want them.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2–5 business days for most orders. For urgent jobs, we offer express printing (1–2 days) for an additional charge. Please contact us to check availability and pricing for rush orders.

Do you offer binding and finishing services?

Yes. We provide multiple finishing options including lamination, UV coating, embossing, foil stamping, saddle-stitched binding, perfect binding, spiral binding, and more. Let us know the finished look you want, and we’ll make it happen.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track the status of your shipment directly through the courier’s website using that tracking number.

What file specs do you require for print?

Please submit files at 300 dpi resolution in CMYK color mode. Include 3 mm bleed and crop marks for trim. Avoid RGB mode, low-resolution images, and embedded fonts. We’ll review and alert you if adjustments are needed.

What are your payment methods?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and local payment gateways (if applicable in your region). Payment is typically required at checkout or before production begins.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery time vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. For specific destinations, please reach out to our support team for a quote.

What is your return or satisfaction policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate your case, offer a reprint or refund, or suggest a suitable resolution.
