Customizable Products
All customizable or personalized items (such as custom t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, gang sheets, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since these products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Non-Customizable Products
For non-customizable items, we offer refunds only if the product is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you promptly.
Eligibility for Refund
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered (for customized items), or personal preference.
